Talented Design Team

Designing a stylish and functional kitchen takes specialist skill.  The Heirloom Kitchens designers are creative yet practical and pay attention to detail.  Your kitchen is drawn on CAD so you can visualize the result, and the design team stay with you on the project all the way.

Tracey Smith Tracey Smith
Jason’s wife Tracey heads the design team.  She has been designing kitchens for over nine years and is creative, detail driven and organised.  Tracey works with several of Heirloom’s key group builders.   She considers them part of the Heirloom family, and knows their respective markets well.  This means the builders can refer their clients to Tracey, knowing they will be given first class service and the creation of their customer’s kitchen will be a part of the build they don’t need to worry about.
Cath McKenzie Cath McKenzie
This bubbly designer has a background in both interior design and computer aided draughting.  She learnt the art of kitchen design when working for a large Australian kitchen company and brought her skill to Heirloom Kitchens two years ago.   When away from work Cath enjoys the outdoors and sports.

He has now hung up his tool belt and specialises in CAD programming.
Ian McFarlane Ian McFarlane
Converting CAD drawings to be CNC ready is an important role for Ian. He also orders all the necessary materials and has to prioritise to make sure that deadlines are met.

Heirloom Equipment
The Heirloom Kitchens team use specialized equipment – CNC machines, edge banders, and overhead routers – to ensure a quality finish.  These modern technologies make high levels of accuracy possible, greatly improving the performance.

Approved Installers

More and more builders are choosing to leave the kitchen installation process to specialist installers.  Heirloom kitchens has two approved installers and is keen to expand its installer network.

Gaining Approved Installer Status
Heirloom Kitchens is on the look out for more specialist kitchen installers to join its network of approved installers.  Contractors must be experienced in the trade, dedicated to achieving a quality finish, have the ability to think on their feet, be well organized and have great people skills.
